I didn't grow up here — and that's exactly one of the biggest advantages I bring to my clients. Moving to the Gulf Coast from outside the area gave me an outsider's perspective for what makes a neighborhood special, a home's bones worth saving, and a market worth investing in. When you're seeing a place with fresh eyes instead of decades of familiarity, you notice things longtime locals sometimes miss.

Before real estate, I spent years renovating homes and working in interior design, looking past outdated countertops and worn flooring (or mounds of debris left behind) to see what a space could become. My husband Rob and I run Mountain Living + Design, our boutique remodeling and design firm, where we specialize in thoughtful, live-in renovations that turn overlooked houses into homes people love. That hands-on experience is a big part of how I work with clients — I don't just help you find a house, I help you see the vision in a property that needs a little (or a lot!) of love, and I can usually tell you what a renovation will actually take before you even make an offer. 

 A background in photography sharpened my even further, giving me a natural sense for light, composition, and how to present a home at its best — whether I'm helping a seller get listing-ready or helping a buyer picture their future in a space that isn't quite there yet. 

Now, as an agent with eXp Realty, I bring all of it together — renovation know-how, design instinct, a photographer's eye, and a relocator's perspective on what makes the Gulf Coast worth calling home.
